Business ADSL Broadband allows high speed data transfer down existing twisted copper pair wiring which is used for standard PSTN telephone services. The downstream speed (downloading) is faster than the upstream speed (uploading). Broadband is largely defined as a connection faster than 128 Kilo bits per second. Depending on how close you are to the correct exchange you may get in excess of 24,000 kilo bits per second as a download speed.
