Carrier pre-selection (CPS) is a mechanism that allows you to select an alternative operator to route your voice calls, other than BT, in advance without dialling additional codes on the telephone or programming your onsite equipment.

CPS provides customers to choose their preferred telecommunications provider without the need for dialling an access code or having equipment installed.

There is no downtime when calls are switched to Gamma Telecom, and you can keep your existing telephone numbers.

There are considerable cost savings to be made if all calls are passed over the Direct Response Telecom network.
